Hack: How IDP Can Automate Manual Maker-checker Process In Document

How IDP can automate manual maker-checker process in document-heavy back end operations

How intelligent Document Processing Can Automate Manual Maker-checker Process In Document

Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) has been widely used in the last few years to automate various back-end processes in Banking, Insurance, E-commerce, Healthcare, etc. Right from simple KYC documents to complex unstructured handwritten documents, IDP can be implemented to automate document-heavy business processes across any industry.

Fig. 1 highlights some of the potential use cases of IDP in a few industries.

IDP companies have been favored over traditional OCR companies because of their ability to carry out a much larger chunk of operations using AI, ML & NLP and validate data for more accurate automation of both maker and checker processes. While OCR’s ability is restricted to data extraction, IDP solutions go way beyond to validate the extracted data and also support integration with downstream processes such as RPA.

What is the Maker-Checker process?

Let’s understand this by using a quintessential KYC onboarding use case in the Banking industry. When a customer wants to open an account with a particular bank, he/she has to submit a set of documents acting as proof of identity and address. Once the agent working for the bank receives these documents, he/she inputs the relevant information from the document, such as name, address, date of birth, etc. in the bank’s ERP/CRM system. This process is called the “maker” process, where a data entry is performed by a human agent from the physical document into the system.

The next step in the process is to validate the information provided by the customer. The bank agent will validate the information such as name, address, DOB, etc. across documents as well as on online government portals using APIs or manual search. Only if the data obtained from both processes match, is the customer’s onboarding application approved. This validation process is known as the “checker” process.

The “maker” and “checker” in a particular bank can be one or different agents depending on the size of the bank.

IDP - Intelligent document processing
To improve efficiency in the workplace, an intelligent document processing solution is highly necessary to automate the maker-checker process of data collection.

How does Intelligent Document Processing automate the maker-checker process?

The limitation with traditional OCR solutions is that it can only automate the “maker” process i.e. data extraction part, and it being template-based extraction if a new template is introduced, the solution needs to be re-trained on a new format. This is where Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) comes into the picture. IDP leverages Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) along with OCR technology to automate not only data extraction (maker process) but also data validation (checker).

In the use case stated above, if IDP were to be implemented, then, once the customer submits the document to the bank, the IDP solution will extract relevant information from the documents. The IDP solution can extract data from either a PDF file, scan copy or image file of the document. Once the relevant data is extracted, IDP will use validation logic (which AmyGB terms as Triangulation logic) to validate the information. For example, once IDP extracts the name, address and DOB from each document, it will validate each character in every field across documents. Based on this, the solution will display a confidence score for the data validation and the bank can set a threshold score based on which the validated field can be termed as “pass” or “fail”. Another level of validation layer can be introduced to further improve the accuracy of results, that is using API validation. Once the “Triangulation” is performed, IDP can utilize various APIs to validate the authenticity of the documents. In the above case, the extracted information such as name, address & DOB for a particular document can be cross verified from trusted government portal databases prior to accepting the customer application.

Benefits of Intelligent Document Processing in maker-checker process

For companies that deal with a huge influx of documents, manual processing becomes time-consuming and inefficient. Automating the maker-checker process helps companies to improve their efficiency, reduce the overall turn-around time and enable long-term cost advantage. Companies can also utilize the workforce for more productive, core-business tasks by simply automating the manual document verification processes. Many companies have witnessed significant improvement in customer experience and satisfaction after introducing automation to their back-end processes.

The last few years have witnessed a huge surge in demand for IDP solutions worldwide, across industries. Substantial benefits and ease of implementation of the solution have been key factors for organizations to move from traditional processing towards Intelligent Automation

AmyGB is one of the leading Intelligent Document Processing companies capable of processing a variety of documents from structured-printed documents to unstructured-handwritten documents. It has received recognition as a progressive IDP company by leading market research reports for its strong product portfolio and excellent industry penetration. AmyGB’s VisionERA (IDP product) has been implemented across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Cash Management, etc. enabling excellent results and customer satisfaction.

In order to automate the maker-checker process of data collection, there is a need for an intelligent document processing solution that would automatically facilitate the collection and authentication process.

5 Ways to Stay Physically Active During Middle Age

Though you may not like to think about it, everybody ages. As you age, you will experience changes in your mind and body that make it more difficult to live the same kind of lifestyle you did as a teenager. Consequently, you may have to reevaluate how you approach different tasks once you reach middle age.

This is especially true when it comes to physical activity. Once you reach your mid-40s, you will likely start to experience some major changes in your body. Perhaps you find it difficult to get in and out of your easy chair, or maybe you just get winded walking to the mailbox. In any case, it’s important to remain active so that you reduce the risk of experiencing health issues like obesity, diabetes, or heart disease.

So, in today’s post, we are going to look at 5 ways to stay physically active during middle age!

How To Stay Active During Your Middle Age

1. Address Pain First

If you’re experiencing any kind of pain, it can make it difficult to start (or continue) exercise and other physical activities. As a result, you need to address physical pain first. For example, if you have painful bunions, you can seek out more information about treatment plans and costs from the experts at Northwest Surgery Center. Once you get your bunions removed, you can start moving around pain-free again!

2. Practice Simple Standing Exercises

It’s always important to start out slow. If you try to hit the gym like a 20-year-old, you could end up seriously hurting yourself. So, do simple standing exercises like lunges and basic stretches. These will help loosen up your muscles and prepare your joints for more rigorous activities in the future.

3. Upgrade Your Routine Slowly

While you will want to start with simple physical activities, you won’t want to continue doing the same things forever. So, be prepared to upgrade your routine at a slow and reasonable pace. For example, once you feel comfortable doing lunges, you can advance to power walking or even jogging. If you want to focus on activities that are least likely to cause an injury, you can also try out swimming.

4. Work With a Personal Trainer

In the past, personal trainers were something reserved for very wealthy people. Now, you can easily access a personal trainer for a reasonable price. You can find one directly online or acquire one through your local gym. Either way, a personal trainer can help you identify your exercise goals, demonstrate proper technique, and help push you to keep going.

5. Play Low-Impact Sports With Friends

Traditional exercising is not for everyone, especially if you find yourself getting bored easily. So, why not enjoy a little socialization and competition instead? By playing low-impact sports like badminton, cycling, or golf with a friend, you can enjoy a healthy social life and get in some quality exercise at the same time. It’s a win-win!

We hope you enjoyed this guide on 5 ways to stay physically active during middle age! If you’re looking for even more great content and advice guides, be sure to check out some of our other articles at Tech At Last today!

Impact Of Technology Advancements On Transportation Management

The past 20 months featured unexpected realities. You’ll agree with me that technological advancement has impacted every aspect of our living system. Even if we are reluctant to embrace some of these new innovations, the social challenges have forced us to see the need to quickly adapt and implement new technology for a better lifestyle.

These emerging technologies are changing the way we work and interact with others. These technologies are revolutionizing the way we do business and making high-tech approaches an essential part of our lives and also reshaping the career space.

The effect has impacted several organizations and industries like the health sectors, transportation, and more, to unlock new business opportunities and to provide solutions to a better way to fast delivery.

In fact, recent research by Gartner shows that by 2023, 50% of global product-centric enterprises will have invested in real-time transportation visibility platforms.

However, as the new innovation becomes the priority of every organization, consumers become more demanding, the transport industry needs to ensure that users’ requirements are met through the deployment of transport management software technologies. To create improved safety, better performance, and superior communication and service to customers.

Advancement of Technology on Transportation Management Software

Impact of technology advancements on transportation management software
The Era of Transportation Management Software: The transport industry needs to ensure that users’ requirements are met through the deployment of transportation management software solutions which makes it easier for effective execution.

Below, therefore, are the impacts of technology advancement on transportation management.

1. Improved transparency and data automation

As the global population will increase from 7.4 billion to 9.7 billion by 2050, the volume of goods shipped will be more than double by 2050, driven by urbanization, increases in disposable income and internet penetration, and ease of access to new technologies.

Document and paper-based shipments are expected to decrease significantly as digital document management evolves. There are innovative ways in which firms can combine transportation and distribution systems to increase their transparency and data automation in the globally competitive environment.

  • Use multiple data sources to monitor system congestion, also to support travel time estimation
  • Consolidate efforts to develop data management tools across agencies
  • Frequently process and distribute measures of effectiveness (MOE’s), Including to operators, to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize features in the software to track and report performance which can also utilize onboard device data from agency vehicles to monitor pavement condition

However, transparency in data collection and analysis will lead to improved operation, enhance customer service and promote work efficiency in transport management.

2. Innovated mobile communications and wireless network

Advances in wireless technology provide options when it comes to modernizing their field equipment and increasing data coverage.

The rapid development of GPS technology could offer the opportunity to freight operators as well as cross-boundary public transport operators to consider establishing a fleet management system. The launching of such a system would enable more journeys to be made and reduce operating costs due to much better planning and schedule.

Moreso, it will be easier to utilize commercial mobile devices and apps to support collaboration between freeway service patrol and other emergency responders. TMC operations staff and field maintenance staff will be easily connected to improve communication and enhanced field collaboration.

3. Truck platooning

Truck platooning is the linking of two or more trucks in a convoy, using connectivity technology and automated driving support systems. These vehicles automatically maintain a set, close distance between each other when they are connected for certain parts of a journey, for instance on motorways.

The truck at the head of the platoon acts as the leader, with the vehicles behind reacting and adapting to changes in its movement – requiring little to no action from drivers. In the first instance, drivers will remain in control at all times, so they can also decide to leave the platoon and drive independently.

Truck platooning holds great potential to make road transport safer, cleaner, and more efficient in the future. The platoon technology allows digitally connected packs of two to five vehicles which make the road safer for drivers, truckers, and vehicle transport services to reduce unexpected accidents and loss of customer’s goods.

“Platooning optimizes transport by using roads more effectively, delivering goods faster, and reducing traffic jams, says Nicholas, founder of Car Shipping Carriers; one of the cheapest car shipping companies in the United States. The driving range of trucks can also be extended in certain situations. It allows drivers to undertake other tasks, such as administrative work or making calls. The impact of technology on the transport system should never be underestimated.

4. Implementation of transportation management software

The use of transportation management software cannot be overlooked as they help companies from wasting a significant amount of time. The technology behind this system increases the performance of necessary tasks and allows the company to concentrate on other aspects of the business, giving them access to do more without driving up cost.

The development of TMS would optimize usage of transport systems and networks by various means like traffic monitoring and regulating, information provision and safety enhancement, travel time information coming from toll tag readers, Bluetooth sensors, and/or third-party providers.

Companies that implement a cloud-based TMS have increased visibility throughout their supply chain, opportunities for communication and collaboration with carriers and customers, and significant time and money savings.

There are innovative ways in which firms are combining transportation and distribution systems to increase their efficiencies in the globally competitive environment. However, the new technological advancement will bring about a positive change in the way we live.

If the trend of technology innovation in transport sectors continues, there’s no doubt we are speeding into a future of smarter and safer travel for all.

The transport industry needs to ensure that users’ requirements are met through the deployment of transport management software technology.

Why the Auto Transport Industry is so Excited About Blockchain

In 2019, four major vehicle logistics companies came together to form a blockchain consortium backed by IBM and named Vinturas. But this tweet is not about the companies or the consortium they formed; it explores what, in the first place, would pique the interest of vehicle transport companies in blockchain technology.

What is Blockchain?

Blockchain is an open-source decentralized public ledger of transactions from start to finish. Anyone can contribute to it by adding new blocks to it; this decentralization ensures that no single entity controls the system and that changes can be reviewed and approved by consensus before they are included in the final block.

The key benefits of using blockchain technology include increased security, transparency, and record-keeping efficiency.

Blockchain in Logistics

Blockchain technologies have the potential to disrupt multiple industries. From the supply chain to finance, blockchains can dramatically increase the speed at which information is verified and transferred from one place to another.

Primarily, the integration of blockchain into the operations of the consortium was to boost supply chain efficiency.

In the logistics industry, blockchain has the potential to lower transaction costs while increasing transparency and lowering transaction costs for shipments between different countries.

As the world is moving towards decentralisation, blockchains are presented as an alternative to current structures which still have a lot of traction.

Tracking and Accountability

Blockchain offers companies a safer way to track and manage intellectual property, increase transparency and improve accountability. The technology behind blockchain provides an alternative set of incentives to traditional business models, which may encourage more innovation and reduce costs.

By digitalising logistics processes, carriers can boost supply chain visibility and provide a more reliable service to their customers. What does this mean for the transport logistics industry as a whole?

With blockchain, it is possible to run entire auto transport logistics without having to rely on physical or even digital documents; instead, data is shared through unique digital signatures based on blockchain technology. This also boosts accountability on the part of carriers.

Blockchain-based truck tracking enhances not just the visibility of the chain, but also the reliability of the transactions between carriers and brokers and their customers. Such an arrangement particularly allows customers to monitor their vehicles in real-time during transit.

Therefore, being an open system, it helps to protect the interests of customers and reduce fraud in the auto transport sector.

Shipping a car requires signing various contracts and agreements to ensure the absolute protection of the vehicle as well as clarify to whom belongs liability in the case of damage. With blockchain, this process can be more seamless since both parties would be able to share data and information easily. This includes information from comprehensive vehicle assessments before pickup and during delivery.

Blockchain has widespread appeal because it creates trust in a distributed network. It has the potential to disrupt existing industries by enabling members to execute transactions in a manner that is both secure and transparent.

Thus, another factor that blockchain introduces into the car shipping process is trustworthiness. Vehicles are an expensive investment and no car owner wants to entertain the possibility of their vehicle going missing in transit because they handed it over to frauds.

Vehicle transport companies also, on the other hand, want their customers to be at peace and trust them with their valuable vehicles. Blockchain could serve as a meeting point of trust between both parties. Transactions carried out over the blockchain are secure and authentic forever.

Blockchain technology would also help brokers to coordinate their operations. Brokers function as liaises between customers and carriers and thus play a significant role in auto transport operations. However, this role can come with a lot of bulk work trying to connect customers to carriers and vice versa. By maintaining documents on the blockchain, brokers can manage and share data better across their clientele.

We will, first, consider the impacts that blockchain technology has been making in the logistics industry as a whole before focusing on car shipping specifically.

The whole process can be resolved quickly by signing smart contracts backed by blockchain technology. By drastically reducing processing times, all that’s required is for the customer to submit their vehicle for pick up/drop off and then ease their mind until delivery is made.

Many people think of blockchain as cryptocurrency and bitcoin but that’s only a small bit to the comprehensive dimensions of the technology.

So, blockchain in the auto transport industry does not necessarily mean companies would start accepting payment in bitcoin (that’s for the larger society to decide). Rather, it explores the various ways that introducing blockchain into the car shipping process optimizes operations and enhances the quality of the transactions between carriers, customers, and brokers.

The role of virtual reality in improving healthcare

Virtual reality and extended reality in general have been making their way to many industries at a steady pace for the last decade, with more and more applications every year. No longer is VR exclusive to entertainment – albeit the recent developments in that area are almost as exciting.

The healthcare industry in particular has been improved by virtual reality technology, introducing innovations in medical training and patient treatment, among others. There has been a major increase in the use of VR technology by medical and pharmaceutical companies.

What exactly is VR used for in the healthcare industry? Let’s find out!

Radical change of the medical training process

You might have heard of the popular VR video game Surgeon Simulator, where you perform surgeries on a virtual patient. Medical training with VR is similar in concept – although the simulation is infinitely more detailed and complex.

Virtual reality gives aspiring medical professionals an ability to experience the human body on another level, viewing areas which would otherwise be impossible to access. Instead of using a corpse to learn on, medical students can now train on a simulation of a fully detailed, live human body that reacts in a way you would expect a live organism to react.

Virtual reality in patient treatment and therapy

The use of VR in medicine isn’t exclusive to training – actual medical procedures are also provided with the help of virtual reality. Surgeons often perform using robotic appendages controlled from thousands of miles away, limiting the risk of complications during the surgery and increasing the accuracy of the procedure.

Virtual reality also provides innovative capabilities for mental healthcare. Patients with psychological trauma can experience a tailored VR scenario, created to help them overcome their issues. Therapists can also heal physical trauma in a more efficient way, shortening recovery time by allowing patients to exercise in VR. Physical therapy scenarios can have patients doing specifically prescribed movements disguised as a fun activity in a fully virtual world.

VR has tons of uses for healthcare professionals – it fosters their ability to learn and expands their actual medical capabilities. How is it all done in practice? With projects such as Mazer – a flexible extended reality platform for building customized virtual spaces. For more information about Mazer’s uses in improving healthcare, check out

5 Steps on How to Grow Your Subscribers with Email Automation in 2021

Email marketing is an essential component of digital marketing tactics. In fact, a digital marketing plan would be incomplete without it. Email is the most efficient and dependable method of reaching out to your target market and driving sales. It gets your campaigns where they need to go since email marketing generates a lot of conversions.

Email marketing allows you to interact with your target market, promote items, and achieve marketing objectives without incurring the significant expenses associated with PPC campaigns or social media advertisements.

Email marketing is an excellent tool for revenues that also enhances SEO tactics. It is an effective tool for bloggers to boost brand exposure, engagement, conversions, and profits.

Here are some of the reasons why email marketing is the marketing king:

  • Email marketing may generate up to $52 in income for every $1 spent.
  • Email marketing is used regularly by 82 percent of B2B/B2C businesses.
  • 95 percent of businesses use automation for email marketing.
  • Email is preferred as a marketing method by 73 percent of customers.
  • It is proof that businesses and marketers know the importance of email campaigns to the success of their marketing strategies.

Your email list is one of the most important things you have for your business, but it depends on the type of list you are working with. Just gathering hundreds or thousands of disinterested persons who are only looking for free downloads will not be enough to make a difference.

It is good to cultivate connections and establish an email list of subscribers ready to hear what you have to say and purchase your items. With careful preparation and a well-thought-out approach, you may expand your mailing list while keeping engagement rates even higher.

Ergo, what is the most realistic way to go about fixing this? Although it is easier said than done, the following suggestions can assist you in building a high-quality email list in a short period of time.

Many people assume that social media marketing is the most effective method of generating revenue online. Yet, email marketing has shown to be highly profitable over half a century after the first electronic message was sent.

Despite continual technological improvements, email marketing continues to be one of the most successful marketing methods accessible today. All that differs in its effectiveness is the decisions that marketers and company owners make when utilizing the communication platform to reach their respective target groups.

    What is email automation?

When it comes to growing your business, email automation may help you achieve more success by increasing engagement, increasing brand recognition, and increasing profits.

When it comes down to its essence, email automation provides marketers or company owners with the capacity to send scheduled or action-triggered emails to their target subscribers with relevant information, content, offers, and other information, among other things.

It is possible to boost the open and click-through rates of emails with email automation. Furthermore, because of its intuitive nature, busy businesses may benefit from the outcomes of their email marketing efforts while freeing up more time to devote to other critical company operations.

It is a true win-win situation.

75 percent of top-tier marketers, according to recent research, utilize at least one sort of marketing automation technology. Apart from that, custom-designed email automation processes get the greatest click-through rates.

Studies such as this one demonstrate the unparalleled power of knowing how to automate email marketing campaigns.

To learn how to leverage the power of email marketing automation to create campaigns that generate actual results, we’ll walk you through five simple stages.

    Craft a more compelling offer

We’ll start with the most significant and most crucial element to increase your subscribers—make the offer more appealing. Certainly, you can adjust button colors and minor changes to improve small factors on your conversion rate. But if you don’t provide irresistible offers that can convert, you’re just being penny-wise and pound foolish in your marketing approach.

Alternatively, spend more time on what you are offering your prospective subscribers in exchange for their email addresses. Today, we guard our email address carefully. We’ve seen too many companies spam us. To understand what it is your target customer wants, and give it to them.

Who knows? That crazy idea you neglected, which you thought would never convert, might be the best opt-in throughout your entire marketing campaign. You will never know the best copy that will convert until you start experimenting.

    Set Your Campaign Goals

First-time and seasoned marketers alike frequently enter the world of email marketing by signing up for ready-made marketing tools. They can use these tools to collect emails and send promotional messages to their intended audience. Unfortunately, because there is little science involved, this approach is rarely successful. An effective strategy begins with defining the campaign’s goals and then working backward to determine how to achieve them.

To make your email marketing campaign a success, you must first consider and plan what you want to achieve. The campaign’s end goal will determine the nature of the target market, the source of the leads, and the content of the promotional emails.

Any email campaign’s objectives must be consistent with the company’s or business’s overall goals. It means that you should always consider the brand’s broader marketing goals as well as KPIs. From here, it is far more practical to take a step back and devise a formidable marketing strategy that ensures the campaign objectives are met.

You have to have the ‘right kind of email marketing goals. Is the campaign’s goal to get new signups for your product? Do you want to raise brand awareness? Perhaps you’d like to increase the number of people who attend your event. Whatever the campaign’s goals are, it’s essential to include them in the early stages of planning for any marketing campaign.

When it comes to determining your email marketing campaign goals, the internet is your best friend. A quick Google search on how big-league marketing teams use email will save you a lot of trouble later.

You can see how companies like BuzzFeed, SoHo House, SXSW, Inc., and UNICEF implement goal-oriented email marketing campaigns. The data is freely available online and can be used as examples by your team.

     Understand your audience.

Let’s start with the fundamentals. Before you start worrying about fancy, high-tech email solutions, it’s critical to have a firm grasp on the audience whose attention you’ll be attempting to capture.

Setting your target audience is critical to success because it allows you to direct your email marketing efforts and create content that resonates with consumers based on their specific needs, goals, and pain points. Simply put, if you don’t know who you’re selling to, how can you sell anything?

What is the solution? You can’t, of course. No, not at all.

With this in mind, let’s take a look at how you can better understand your audience and boost your email automation success.

    Begin segmenting your customer base.

Professional marketers understand the importance of presenting leads with the right offers at the right time. That is why understanding your audience is critical to capturing them at the optimal stage of their buyer journey.

When it comes to email marketing if you’re looking for conversions, blasting a deal, or offering to thousands of potential customers and hoping that some will find it interesting, won’t cut it.

To achieve results, target your campaign to the people who are most likely to convert into sales.

It entails developing a solid customer segmentation strategy.

Tactics for segmenting your email list can vary depending on the data you have available. It is possible to create high-converting email offers using information such as your subscribers’ age, gender, and location.

Let’s look at the most effective strategies for getting started with list segmentation and increasing conversions.

    Location-based segmentation

Segmenting your email list based on where people live is an excellent way to target a specific demographic. When location is an important factor in a consumer’s purchasing decision, this strategy is especially effective.

For example, if a company is hosting a special event at one of its physical locations, it makes sense to send an email to people who live nearby and will be able to attend. It makes no sense to target people who live in California if the event is being held in Florida. You may end up irritating those who live too far away to attend the event.

When sending time-based emails, you could also segment email subscribers by location.

If you are to send emails to all your subscribers all over the world, you don’t want to send them all at once. If you do, some people may receive your email at an inconvenient time, and they are unlikely to open it. If you consider time zones, you can send out email blasts when they are most likely to be read.

    Gender segmentation

It is common knowledge that men and women have different shopping habits, and you can capitalize on these differences by segmenting your email list by gender.

If you sell various products that appeal to both men and women, segmenting email blasts by gender makes a lot of sense.

This strategy is also applicable to gender-neutral offers. People react differently to colors, words, and images based on their gender. So when you segment your campaign based on gender, you can send an email that appeals with their gender-based desires therefore increasing your overall conversion rates.

    Age grouping

People of all ages check their email regularly, but their responses vary greatly depending on their age group. A 22-year-old recent graduate will have a different reaction than an 80-year-old grandmother.

You can target consumers who are more likely to buy your products if you segment your emails appropriately.

    Unresponsive leads should be segmented.

Prospects may not respond to offers for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean you should abandon them.

Cold leads have value, and it’s possible that these leads weren’t in a position to buy anything at the time.

If you stay in touch, you may catch these people when they are ready to buy something.

Unresponsive leads should be segmented so that you can drip offers and helpful emails to them over time. This consistent contact keeps you in their minds and increases their likelihood of purchasing from you when they require a product or service.

Email marketing segmentation takes some practice, but once you’ve mastered it, you’ll be able to send more tailored emails. People will become more responsive to the relevant emails you send them, increasing your conversion rates. Effective customer segmentation increases email open rates by 46%.

After you’ve segmented your audience, you’ll be able to delve even deeper and create buyer personas based on your archetypal customers.

    Create Cyber personas.

A cyber persona is a fictional character you create to represent a specific segment of your overall customer base. As a result, you’ll have a better understanding of what motivates different segments of your audience to buy from you.

As with most things, the more time and effort you put into creating a buyer persona, the more value you will receive.

Cyber personas based on market research, consumer insights, and your objective observations from day-to-day commercial activities are the most powerful and effective.

    Build Your Email List

Compiling mailing lists is the most difficult step in email marketing. Lead scoring is the most effective way to get enough new leads into your marketing campaign funnel.

What exactly is lead scoring? Simply put, lead scoring is the process of assigning numerical values or “points” to email leads generated for your company. The leads are scored based on specific characteristics such as:

    • Account holders’ personal information
    • Possibility of converting the lead into a customer
    • How the user interacted with the website and the brand
    • The source of the lead, as well as other sales/CRM information
    • Demographics and other personal characteristics

Lead scoring employs a model to determine which contacts are more likely to become customers. This probability is determined by an algorithm, which assigns the point to make the marketing campaign more effective. Lead scoring has the highest ROI of any email marketing strategy in 2020.

How to Use Lead Scoring with Email Marketing

When lead scoring is combined with your company’s email marketing strategy, you can rapidly decide how and when to engage your subscribers to achieve high conversion rates. What you must do is grasp how this technique works behind the hood.

The first step in incorporating lead scoring into your email marketing campaign is to develop a solid strategy. The procedure includes laying the groundwork and determining the campaign’s lead stages.

You may also look for a lead scoring calculator online or create one in-house. Most businesses opt to outsource their marketing to a professional marketing firm. The goals of your marketing campaign will determine the sort of lead scoring system you should employ. Lead scoring techniques are classified into two types: predictive and rule-based.

Now that you’ve learned everything there is to know about email automation — and more — the ball is in your court.

Remember that your email marketing campaigns are only as effective as the information included inside them, so knowing your target and their requirements is critical.

However, email automation software is required to speed your creative advertising efforts. You will lag behind your rivals faster than you think if you do not have it.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Code Obfuscation

Code obfuscation is the process of changing executable code such that it is no longer understandable, interpretable, or executable. The source code is obfuscated to the point where it is unreadable and impossible to understand, let alone execute, by a third party.

Obfuscation of code does not affect the application’s end-user interface or the code’s intended outcome. It’s only a preventative measure to make the code worthless for a possible hacker who gets their hands on an application’s executable code.

Why is it necessary to obfuscate code?

Obfuscation of code is especially important for open-source systems, which have a significant disadvantage in code hackability for personal gain. Obfuscation is especially important for source code that is distributed insecurely.

Developers ensure that their product’s intellectual property is protected against security threats, unauthorised access, and the discovery of application flaws by making a program challenging to reverse engineer. This procedure limits malicious access to source code and ensures varying levels of code protection depending on the type of obfuscation technique used.

If the code is obfuscated, the most critical deciding factor against carrying out a reverse-engineering assault increases significantly. Because the decompiled code is rendered unreadable, the time, cost, and resource factors all weigh in favor of discarding the code when it is obfuscated.

    The advantages of code obfuscation

The security team performs code obfuscation in the apps, especially those hosted on open-source platforms, which has numerous benefits. In an untrustworthy environment, it is always preferable to deploy an obfuscated application, which makes it more difficult for attackers to inspect and analyze the code.

This procedure assures no loopholes for debugging, manipulating, or disseminating the fictitious application for illicit benefit. This layer of security is essential for apps that deal with business-critical consumer personal information.

Most obfuscators also clean up the code by deleting unnecessary metadata, dead codes, and duplicates. As a result of this minification, the compilation process is sped up, resulting in faster code execution and faster outputs, upping the ante on code performance.

Another significant benefit of code obfuscation is that it makes it difficult to reverse-engineer a program, meaning code distribution on open-source platforms is no longer a concern. If numerous levels of security are to be implemented, iterative code obfuscation is especially well-known.

The security team uses one or more obfuscation algorithms in this technique, with the output of the previous algorithm serving as an input to the next in line, and so on. As a result, the attacker may become confused about the program’s original goal and what is visible to them, resulting in deobfuscation attempts failing.

Because cracking an obfuscated code demands real effort, talent, money, and time, code obfuscation is a practical approach to dealing with threats and weeding out fun-attackers out of the way. Even if the hackers succeed, the deobfuscated code may not resemble the original code very closely. Though true effectiveness measures are difficult to come by, most companies obfuscate code for security and privacy reasons.

The negative effects of code obfuscation

All obfuscation techniques have some impact on code performance, even if it is minor. Depending on the amount of code obfuscated and the complexity of the methods obfuscated, deobfuscating the code may take a significant amount of time.

The majority of automatic obfuscators can decode an obfuscated program. Obfuscation slows down the process of reverse engineering; it does not prevent it. Some anti-virus software will warn users if they visit a website that uses obfuscated code, as obfuscation can be used to hide malicious code. This could prevent people from using genuine apps and drive them away from reputable businesses.

To tackle complicated security threats, all of this code obfuscation is insufficient. The availability of automated tools and hackers’ expertise make it harder to deobfuscate code, but it is not impossible to reverse-engineer.

As a result, code obfuscation is not a one-stop shop for all applicable security requirements. The development team could use various code obfuscation approaches to secure their code in an untrusted environment, depending on the security need, nature of the application, and performance benchmark.

These should be carried out while taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each technique. Other AppSec initiatives, such as encryption, RASP, data retention policies, and so on, should be supported by this strategy. When combined with RASP solutions like AppSealing, it becomes a potent antidote to today’s security concerns.

    Introduction to Data wrangling

What would our world be like if Data Wrangling process did not exist?

Do you feel data-wrangling is annoying? Yet many feel it. But the truth is in this process lies all the possibilities and hidden opportunities. Data is the gold mine, and you need to discover what is suitable for your business and what matters for your goals or visions you have seen for your brand to grow or stay ahead in the competition.

The process could be tiresome, but one can easily tackle the biggest headache of organizing datasets and accuracy if your data set is clean in less time.

Please read this blog to find out in-depth knowledge about the data wrangling process, its principles, six steps in holistic data wrangling, and five smart tips to boost your data wrangling process.

And what would the world be like if data-wrangling didn’t exist? To find your answers, let’s dive in.

    What Is Data Wrangling?

Data wrangling is the process of cleaning, structuring the raw data into the desired format for better and intelligent decision making. This process is getting ubiquitous, adding fun to the tiresome data cleaning process. And with growing technologies, data has become more diverse and unstructured, demanding more often collecting, cleaning, and organizing deep and accurate analysis.

At the same time, the demand for decision-making is faster and accurate to be ahead in the competition and acquiring more customers. And if you use the data wrangling process, you will always be ahead in the competition on the technical resources.

Therefore, handling vast datasets can be exhausting, as always. Data wrangling is a self-service data preparation model to tackle unstructured and complex data to move away from IT-led preparation. And for this, more and more businesses started using data wrangling tools to prepare data before the analysis process.

    Principles of Data Wrangling Process

    • Understand what kind of data is available and select those that make a difference.
    • Choosing the correct data to use and getting to all levels of their details.
    • Meaningfully combine multiple data sources to make it enrich
    • Deciding the outcome for better and in-depth analysis

How Would Have Been To The World If The Data Wrangling Process Didn’t Exist At All?

To me, everything had gone messed up; there wouldn’t be anything particular, all mixed up, and you know data is ubiquitous – it’s terrible to mess with it.

Data is vast, the fuel of tomorrow that drives any business from zero to well-established shortly. Therefore information is crucial to make any decision or to be successful in the highly competitive world. But there are high chances that data is ubiquitous in unstructured format – incomplete, unreliable, and faulty and their analysis is crucial to discover new patterns.

Data wrangling dodge the risk of duplication, redundancies, data that adds no meaning to the goal. It cleans such data and saves storage space for further data – making it full of enriched data, which once for always remains as the critical part of the analytical process.

Although it’s a time-consuming and high-priced process when done manually, that’s why there were many eyes on automatic processes to solve the large dataset in minimum time, accurately, while it reduces the human efforts in the data clean-up process.

6 Steps of Holistic Data Wrangling

Each data project demands a different and unique approach to ensure it’s the final dataset they wanted to go with, which is reliable and accessible. Though methods are other, the six fundamentals that every person goes through are very identical. Let’s understand them in detail.

    – Discovery

Discovery leads to new opportunities, which means familiarizing yourself with data to know how you should proceed. It’s an opportunity to discover new patterns in the data and find out the missing entities that need to get addressed. It’s a crucial step in data wrangling, as it forms all the activities in the queue.

    – Structuring

Raw data adds no meaning unless they get segregated; because they are incomplete with proper actions. Data structuring is the process of converting the raw data into a meaningful format.

    – Cleaning

Data cleaning is the process of chopping off the redundant data that might distort your analysis or make your dataset less crucial. This cleaning can be anything from deleting the empty cells, outliers, data duplication, and standardizing input that doesn’t give any identity. The goal is to have datasets with no reproduction but full of values.

Once you understand the existing database and convert all data into meaningful ones, your next step is to look out for all the necessary data in the database. If it is well and good, but in case it isn’t, you can enrich the database by incorporating the value from other databases to have a clear-cut idea of what data is available to use.

    – Validating

Data validating works on corroborating data in both ways: being consistent and good quality throughout. Getting multiple issues during validation is a common thing. You need to resolve them and analyze them, as this is an automated process that requires programming.

    – Publishing

Publishing is the last step in the entire process. Once you ensure data gets validated, you can publish them but make sure there is duplicate or fake data that is irrelevant to your business. Your data has to be credible and follow your business’s goals and objectives.

5 Smart Tips for Effective Data Wrangling

Data has become gold for marketers and companies. 85% of the consumers will safe-manage their brand relationships without any assistance by 2020, according to Forbes’s research. With customers getting more brilliant, the data must be clean and reliable to solve their problems and give them what they demand. And there is nothing better than a data wrangling process.

Data wrangling – also called data cleaning, data munging refers to various processes to transfer raw data into meaningful ones. The objectives remain the same, though the methods differ from project to project – cleaned data with more readable formats. It can be a manual or automated process based on the amount of data to be wrangled.

Here Are Five Crucial Tips To Power-up Your Data Wrangling Process:

    1. Keep Yourself Updated With Latest Happening In The Data Wrangling Process

Maintain a journal – collect all hacks; that can make your research pinpoint and give you results in the minimum time. Identify the best approaches to every problem and keep a note of the best solution.

    2. Be A Part Of Communities And Read Marketing And Business Case Study

Communities bring you great minds, help you find out people with the same interest, rich in their skills, and have some excellent knowledge shared in the comments. Get engaged with them and build your relationships, and remember it will help you in many ways.

    3. Collaborate With Other Team In Your Corporate

The marketing team can help you in many ways, from getting you the correct information to the number of sales or the number of carts abandoned – always build a good relationship with them, and you always have a solution ready in your pocket.

    4. Keep Your Focus On Processes And Final Results

Of course, results are essential at the end of the day, but your approach towards solving the process is right to get the best results. Look for the ways where the result will be accurate and less time-consuming – your go-to process as always.

A Few Questions To Warp Off Your Wrangling Process:

    • Will your process ensure scalability and granularity?
    • How can you use the same data in other methods and queries?
    • Can tools give you accurate results or better do it manually?

    Final words

Data wrangling is a fundamental process you can do manually or automated through coding. That’s true as ist principle is simple, and there are six easy steps to the data wrangling process.

But what would have been a world without data wrangling? For me, everyone would have gone mad with tons and tons of data everywhere around. There would be a complete mess choosing the correct data and making intelligent decisions, and most of the data are in an unstructured format

We are in the middle of 2021, many are considering buying a new phone, so there is a list of phones that pay off the most in 2021. Starting from $150 up to $550, I choose the phones that I think offer the best value for money – the most cost effective phones for 2021.

Consider that these phones will not be the same price in all countries, the prices are mostly similar to those on Amazon. Devices on this list will not be older than 2 years, mostly due to software support. Lastly, this is just my choice, so maybe out there you can find an even better choice for you. let’s get into it.

    Best phones for about $150

If you follow the market you have surely noticed that the category up to $ 150 acts as if it is not moving. If you don’t follow the phone market, you’re probably unaware of what the difference is between a $ 150 and $ 200 phone. Anyway, if you’re still looking for phones for $ 150 here are a few good options.

    Xiaomi Redmi 9A

There is a Xiaomi Redmi 9A that will not knock you off your feet at speed, but it is a reliable phone with a good 5000mAh battery, Helio G25 processor, and 2GB of RAM. Of course, if at all you can go for the 3GB RAM variant as this is the minimum for comfortable operation.

    Realme C11

This phone is a better option as it has a fast Helio G35 processor, also an excellent 5000mAh battery, and much lighter software than Xiaomi. the only catch is that it’s a little more expensive, but I think it’s worth the difference.

    Samsung Galaxy A02

If you are a fan of Samsung, an option worth mentioning is this phone. Get it if you really want Samsung’s software. The A02 has a Mediatek MT6739 processor that is not only old but also weak.

    Best phones for about $200

    Huawei P40 Lite

This is my favorite in this category. A phone that breaks down phones that cost twice as much with the camera and speed. The only problem that makes the price low is that the Huawei P40 Lite does not have google service. If you can live without it, then this is a great phone for you.

    Xiaomi Redmi 9 / Redmi Note 9

Both phones are very similar, only the Redmi Note 9 has a better main camera. Which one you choose depends on whether you will pay exactly $ 200 or a little more.

    OnePlus Nord N100

The favorite of the phone with google services is the OnePlus Nord N100. Its camera is not as good as in the Redmi Note 9, but it has a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, quite fast software, and a Snapdragon 460 processor.

    Samsung Galaxy A12

For Samsung fans, there is the Samsung Galaxy A12, which has a Helio P35 processor, a 48Mp camera, and a very good battery. This phone is an easy recommendation if you want a reliable phone with reliable software that works without any additional settings.

    Best phones for about $250

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 10

My favorite in this category is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, for which it’s amazing what it has to offer for just $ 250. It has a fantastic screen, Snapdragon 678 processor, it is nicely designed, the battery is great, the camera is more than okay, another well-assembled device.

    Realme 7

If the screen is not as important to you as speed and good software, for example, if you are a gamer, then you might like this phone. The main advantages are the LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, the excellent Mediatek Helio G95 processor, and one of the better cameras in the class.

    Poco X3 NFC

It’s not just Realme for gamers, the great Poco X3 deserves its place on this list. And things like the 120Hz display and Snapdragon 732 processor are not easy to ignore. Some will be bothered by the larger dimensions and not very attractive design, but if you can go beyond that you will get a beast from the phone for that money.

    Samsung Galaxy A41

From Samsung, I would list the Samsung Galaxy A41 from last year, which is also one of the most compact phones on this list. It has a 6.1 inches Amoled display MediaTek Helio P65 and a 48 MP main camera. It’s not as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but if you’re looking for a smaller phone with Samsung software, it’s the best option for you.

    Best phones for about $300

    Samsung Galaxy A42 5G

A phone that has had a price change is a great option if you need a phone with 5G network support. It has a Snapdragon 750 processor, a top-notch battery, very good cameras, and of course proven reliable Samsung software. It has an Amoled screen, unfortunately, only HD + resolution, if you can go over that this phone is a very easy recommendation.

    Xiaomi M11 Lite 4G

It does not mean that the last phone is my favorite because it is difficult to choose a favorite from this category. For example, if you appreciate good hardware, nice design, AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, you can’t help but look at the Xiaomi M11 Lite. Not only is it nicely designed, but it’s also slim, and it still has a very good battery.

    Poco X3 Pro

The third option is the Poco X3 Pro, which comes with a very powerful Snapdragon 860 processor and a 120Hz LCD screen. It may not be an attractive design but the hardware makes it attractive to gamers and all those looking for top speed for as little money as possible.

    Best phones for about $350

    Samsung Galaxy A52

The phone that stands out in this list and which is on the list of the best phones under $500 [“the list of the best phones under $500” = “$500”] is the Samsung Galaxy A52. It has a 90Hz AMOLED screen and an optically stabilized main camera. My favorite here is the A52 because I appreciate optical stabilization and Samsung software, but not everyone puts the same weight on those things.

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

It’s hard to say which is better than these two because it depends on what you value in the phone. Xiaomi has a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 732 processor, and a 108MP camera.

    Realme 7 Pro

It may not have a good camera like the previous two phones, nor a screen with a high refresh rate, but at least it is AMOLED and has similar hardware as the previous two phones.

    Best phones for about $400

    Poco F3

At this price you can get a phone with much better hardware, at least if you opt for the Poco F3. It has a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a premium Snapdragon 870 processor, and a pretty nice design for a Poco phone. Its cameras are not as good as on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, but they are still very good. All in all a good phone if you appreciate modern and good hardware.

    Xiaomi Mi 10T

Xiaomi has another similar device, the Xiaomi Mi 10T. It comes with a 120Hz LCD screen, and a Snapdragon 865 processor.

    OnePlus Nord

For those who appreciate the software and the optically stabilized camera more, there is the excellent OnePlus Nord. For this price, it offers a very good Snapdragon 765 processor, 90 Hz AMOLED display, and 48MP main camera.

    Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

For this money, Samsung offers the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, which compared to the 4G model comes with a slightly more powerful Snapdragon 750G processor, 120 Hz AMOLED screen. A top device whose only drawback is limited availability, because it is very difficult to find in countries where there are no 5G networks.

    Best phones for about $500 – $550

    Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G

If you can go over the average battery, in my opinion the best choice is the Samsung S20 FE 4G. With it you get one of the best cameras in the world, an excellent 120 Hz AMOLED screen IP 68 certified, wireless charging, great software and so on. Everything good you can imagine on one phone, except of course the battery. And you can solve that with the 5G model of this phone.

    Huawei P40

If cameras are very important to you, another good option is this phone. In that case, again, make sure that there is no google service.

    Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro

From Xiaomi, there is this phone, which comes with a snapdragon 865 processor, an excellent 180MP main camera with optical stabilization, and a 120 Hz LCD screen. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s an LCD because it’s one of the best LCDs you can find.

    Samsung Galaxy A72

Finally, I have to mention the Samsung Galaxy A72, which we put in the list of the best phones of 2021, a top phone even though I think your previous phones are better for less money. This phone can be an option if you need a telephoto camera.

    Interview Advice for Software Developers

For many people, having a job interview is a stressful experience. Apart from the pressure of being employed or not, there are a number of questions that must be answered both before and during the interview, such as what to wear, how to prepare, how much money to ask, and so on.

Although there are no set rules for a successful interview, there are several tactics you may learn to improve your chances of landing the job.

    Simply unwind.

To begin with, being worried or stressed will not benefit you in any way, so you should learn to relax. A calm candidate, rather than an anxious one, seems more professional and self-assured. But how do you go about doing that?

There are a few fundamentals that can help you relax before the interview:

    • Prepare by doing some research on the role and the firm.
    • Arrive a little early to give yourself some breathing room.
    • Think positively and concentrate on your strong points.
    • Remember that an interview is simply a discussion.
    • Enter the interview with the knowledge that there are always other chances in the market (if things go wrong).
    • If the interview does not go well, use it as an opportunity to learn from your errors and improve your performance in the future.

You will be able to explain yourself better to your possible employer and enhance your chances of being hired if you remain cool.

Be yourself and grow as a person.

This rule is equally vital as the first. Allow your future employer to get a sense of who you are and what you know. Don’t behave as if you know something you don’t. Don’t make any false statements.

It’s fine if you don’t know everything.

During the interview, you will be asked a lot of questions. You won’t be able to know everything. It’s great that no one knows everything. What matters is that you understand the foundations of your field.

So, if you’re asked a topic about which you don’t know much or anything, simply admit it, but also tell them that you’re eager to learn new things and that you’re willing to grow. You may also want to be aware of some potential react interview questions.

    Keep learning in mind.

Your desire to learn new things is important. The software industry evolves at a quick pace. It is part of our work to always be learning. Furthermore, the more you know, the better you will be at your work, which will result in a higher salary.

    Ask questions

Before attending an interview, you should conduct some preliminary research about the organization and position. “What do you know about our company?” is one of the things they could ask. It’s also beneficial for you to be aware of your possible new work.

Asking questions during the interview has two advantages:

    • To begin with, you demonstrate that you are serious about gaining the job. Because they will not hire you if they believe you are not serious about gaining the job.
    • Second, it is beneficial to your health. The more information you have about the firm and position, the better equipped you will be to decide whether or not to accept the position.

So, in addition to answering questions, feel free to ask them.

Demonstrate your coding abilities someplace ONLINE.

You will be asked whether you can demonstrate your coding abilities in some of the interviews. Everyone in today’s society has a social media profile. Why not, for example, have a Github account? It’s free, and you may post your own projects or help others with theirs..

It’s not required to use Github, but if you have at least 1–2 example projects there, you’ll have a far better chance of getting recruited.

It’s not required, however having a Github account with 1–2 project samples is highly RECOMMENDED.

Don’t complain about your former employers.

Another crucial aspect to remember is to speak openly about your previous employers/companies. We guarantee you’ll be asked anything along the lines of, ‘What are the reasons you wish to change jobs?’ or ‘What made you decide to quit XYZ?’

Whatever the cause, your future employer should not believe you are always moaning, and if you are hired, you would most likely do the same with their firm.

For example, suppose you’ve been waiting for a promotion for three years and don’t believe you’ll receive it. Instead of saying, “Hey, you know what? They’re liars; they promised me a promotion for three years and I haven’t received it…”

Try to say something like, “I’ve worked on several enjoyable projects with kind coworkers, but the promotion I’ve been anticipating for the past three years has yet to arrive, so I decided it’s time for a change.” is a far superior response you can provide.

So consider before you speak; offering more intelligent responses will improve your chances.

    Expectations for Salary

On the application form, most companies will inquire about your wage aspirations. Make sure you’re familiar with the market range in your area so you know what to expect.

If the market ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 a year, and you seek $100,000, you’re not going to get the job unless you’re Bill Gates.

So, based on your expertise, determine what your local market range is and ask something in between.

Unless you’re starving, don’t accept really cheap offers.

Finally, it’s best to avoid discussing money unless they specifically want it.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Some of your interviews will not go as planned. Some of the following situations may occur:

    • Technical interview/assignment that is really difficult.
    • The company or position is not what the job description claims.
    • Offer of a very low income
    • Irrelevant or too many questions to be addressed
    • In cross-interrogation interviews, you are asked questions by a group of five individuals.
    • Interviewers/managers who are arrogant or too serious

In these conditions, it’s possible that you won’t be able to reach an agreement. You may become irritated or uninspired, but you will soon understand that this is unneeded.

Every job interview, good or poor, is a learning experience for you. There are always better possibilities and friendlier employers out there; you just have to keep seeking.

Last but not least, don’t forget to arrive on time! 🙂

In fact, the more interviews you conduct, the better. Everything revolves around encounters.

We hope that the advice we’ve given you will be useful in your next interviews. We wish you all the best of luck and a brighter future.
