What is the Maker-Checker process? 

Let’s understand this by using a quintessential KYC onboarding use case in the Banking industry. When a customer wants to open an account with a particular bank, he/she has to submit a set of documents acting as proof of identity and address. Once the agent working for the bank receives these documents, he/she inputs the relevant information from the document, such as name, address, date of birth, etc. in the bank’s ERP/CRM system. This process is called the “maker” process, where a data entry is performed by a human agent from the physical document into the system. 

The next step in the process is to validate the information provided by the customer. The bank agent will validate the information such as name, address, DOB, etc. across documents as well as on online government portals using APIs or manual search. Only if the data obtained from both processes match, is the customer’s onboarding application approved. This validation process is known as the “checker” process. 

The “maker” and “checker” in a particular bank can be one or different agents depending on the size of the bank.

Once the “Triangulation” is performed, IDP can utilize various APIs to validate the authenticity of the documents. Devices on this list will not be older than 2 years, mostly due to software support.     Best phones for about $150

    If you follow the market you have surely noticed that the category up to $ 150 acts as if it is not moving. If you don’t follow the phone market, you’re probably unaware of what the difference is between a $ 150 and $ 200 phone. Anyway, if you’re still looking for phones for $ 150 here are a few good options.

    Xiaomi Redmi 9A

    There is a Xiaomi Redmi 9A that will not knock you off your feet at speed, but it is a reliable phone with a good 5000mAh battery, Helio G25 processor, and 2GB of RAM. Of course, if at all you can go for the 3GB RAM variant as this is the minimum for comfortable operation.

    Realme C11

    This phone is a better option as it has a fast Helio G35 processor, also an excellent 5000mAh battery, and much lighter software than Xiaomi. the only catch is that it’s a little more expensive, but I think it’s worth the difference.

    Huawei P40 Lite

    This is my favorite in this category. A phone that breaks down phones that cost twice as much with the camera and speed. The only problem that makes the price low is that the Huawei P40 Lite does not have google service. If you can live without it, then this is a great phone for you.

    Xiaomi Redmi 9 / Redmi Note 9

    Both phones are very similar, only the Redmi Note 9 has a better main camera. Which one you choose depends on whether you will pay exactly $ 200 or a little more.

    OnePlus Nord N100

    The favorite of the phone with google services is the OnePlus Nord N100. Its camera is not as good as in the Redmi Note 9, but it has a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, quite fast software, and a Snapdragon 460 processor.

    Samsung Galaxy A12 

    For Samsung fans, there is the Samsung Galaxy A12, which has a Helio P35 processor, a 48Mp camera, and a very good battery. This phone is an easy recommendation if you want a reliable phone with reliable software that works without any additional settings.

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 10

    My favorite in this category is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, for which it’s amazing what it has to offer for just $ 250. It has a fantastic screen, Snapdragon 678 processor, it is nicely designed, the battery is great, the camera is more than okay, another well-assembled device.

    Realme 7 

    If the screen is not as important to you as speed and good software, for example, if you are a gamer, then you might like this phone. The main advantages are the LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz, the excellent Mediatek Helio G95 processor, and one of the better cameras in the class.

    Poco X3 NFC

    It’s not just Realme for gamers, the great Poco X3 deserves its place on this list. And things like the 120Hz display and Snapdragon 732 processor are not easy to ignore. Some will be bothered by the larger dimensions and not very attractive design, but if you can go beyond that you will get a beast from the phone for that money.

    Samsung Galaxy A41 

    From Samsung, I would list the Samsung Galaxy A41 from last year, which is also one of the most compact phones on this list. It has a 6.1 inches Amoled display MediaTek Helio P65 and a 48 MP main camera. It’s not as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10, but if you’re looking for a smaller phone with Samsung software, it’s the best option for you.

    Samsung Galaxy A42 5G

    A phone that has had a price change is a great option if you need a phone with 5G network support. It has a Snapdragon 750 processor, a top-notch battery, very good cameras, and of course proven reliable Samsung software. It has an Amoled screen, unfortunately, only HD + resolution, if you can go over that this phone is a very easy recommendation.

    Xiaomi M11 Lite 4G

    It does not mean that the last phone is my favorite because it is difficult to choose a favorite from this category. For example, if you appreciate good hardware, nice design, AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, you can’t help but look at the Xiaomi M11 Lite. Not only is it nicely designed, but it’s also slim, and it still has a very good battery.

    Poco X3 Pro

    The third option is the Poco X3 Pro, which comes with a very powerful Snapdragon 860 processor and a 120Hz LCD screen. It may not be an attractive design but the hardware makes it attractive to gamers and all those looking for top speed for as little money as possible.

    Best phones for about $350

    Samsung Galaxy A52

    The phone that stands out in this list and which is on the list of the best phones under $500 [“the list of the best phones under $500” = “https://www.ekepedia.com/article/116/The%20Best%20Smartphones%20Under%20$500”] is the Samsung Galaxy A52. It has a 90Hz AMOLED screen and an optically stabilized main camera. My favorite here is the A52 because I appreciate optical stabilization and Samsung software, but not everyone puts the same weight on those things.

    Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro

    It’s hard to say which is better than these two because it depends on what you value in the phone. Xiaomi has a 120Hz AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 732 processor, and a 108MP camera.

    Realme 7 Pro 

    It may not have a good camera like the previous two phones, nor a screen with a high refresh rate, but at least it is AMOLED and has similar hardware as the previous two phones.

    Best phones for about $400

    Poco F3

    At this price you can get a phone with much better hardware, at least if you opt for the Poco F3. It has a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a premium Snapdragon 870 processor, and a pretty nice design for a Poco phone. Its cameras are not as good as on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, but they are still very good. All in all a good phone if you appreciate modern and good hardware.

    Xiaomi Mi 10T

    Xiaomi has another similar device, the Xiaomi Mi 10T. It comes with a 120Hz LCD screen, and a Snapdragon 865 processor.

    OnePlus Nord

    For those who appreciate the software and the optically stabilized camera more, there is the excellent OnePlus Nord. For this price, it offers a very good Snapdragon 765 processor, 90 Hz AMOLED display, and 48MP main camera.

    Samsung Galaxy A52 5G

    For this money, Samsung offers the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, which compared to the 4G model comes with a slightly more powerful Snapdragon 750G processor, 120 Hz AMOLED screen. A top device whose only drawback is limited availability, because it is very difficult to find in countries where there are no 5G networks.

    Best phones for about $500 – $550

    Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G

    If you can go over the average battery, in my opinion the best choice is the Samsung S20 FE 4G. With it you get one of the best cameras in the world, an excellent 120 Hz AMOLED screen IP 68 certified, wireless charging, great software and so on. Everything good you can imagine on one phone, except of course the battery. And you can solve that with the 5G model of this phone.

    Huawei P40

    If cameras are very important to you, another good option is this phone. In that case, again, make sure that there is no google service.

    Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 

    From Xiaomi, there is this phone, which comes with a snapdragon 865 processor, an excellent 180MP main camera with optical stabilization, and a 120 Hz LCD screen. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s an LCD because it’s one of the best LCDs you can find.

    Samsung Galaxy A72 

    Finally, I have to mention the Samsung Galaxy A72, which we put in the list of the best phones of 2021, a top phone even though I think your previous phones are better for less money. This phone can be an option if you need a telephoto camera.

    • The company or position is not what the job description claims.
    • Offer of a very low income
    • Irrelevant or too many questions to be addressed
    • In cross-interrogation interviews, you are asked questions by a group of five individuals.
    • Interviewers/managers who are arrogant or too serious

    In these conditions, it’s possible that you won’t be able to reach an agreement. You may become irritated or uninspired, but you will soon understand that this is unneeded.

    Every job interview, good or poor, is a learning experience for you. There are always better possibilities and friendlier employers out there; you just have to keep seeking.
